Made from the marbled upper area, which is the tastiest part of the loin, and slowly cured with the best quality marinade, this smooth-tasting pork loin comes from select pieces of Duroc pork, stuffed into natural casing.
 

How to get the best flavour?

1. Put the closed package under hot water for a few seconds to get the right temperature. 2. Open the package and let the product rest a few minutes before consumption. 3. Now you can enjoy all its flavour in a sandwich or a “tapa”. Bon Appetite!
