Made with sheep’s milk and cured for more than three months in 500g pieces, this cheese combines a semi-hard consistency with an intense aroma. To ensure you get the whole taste of this cheese, we recommend you combine it with one of our wines.
Net Weight: 450-500g.
Ingredients: Pasteurized sheep’s milk, preservative E252, calcium chloride, lactic ferments, rennet and salt. Keep between 8-10º. Category: full-fat.
