Appearance: a bright, intense ruby red colour, clean and a medium-high depth.
Aroma: dark fruits with a pleasant hint of spicy, toasted and vanilla aromas.
Palate: rounded tannins, well integrated acidity with a lasting finish. Fruity, toasted retronasal hints.
Pairing: roast meats, game, Iberian ham and cheese.
