Fermented at 12ºC in a stainless steel tank, carefully aged on fine lees for three months. Our young Rioja white wine makes versatility its great virtue.
Appearance: shiny and clear, pale yellow in colour with a greenish rim.
Aroma: vivid and expressive, with hints of tropical fruits, mainly pineapple, banana and grapefruit.
Palate: fresh at first, with a balanced acidity, it quickly sweetens in the mouth with a lingering taste.
Pairing: All kinds of fish and seafood, rice dishes.
